* Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, effective care.
* Ensure services are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to diverse client needs.
* Manage operations, including budgets, contracts, facilities, and program systems, with accountability and care.
* Provide oversight of service delivery, including Community Based Services, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Foster a culture where client feedback, safety, and dignity are central to service delivery.
* Lead, support, and develop team leaders and staff to build a capable, values-driven workforce.
* Drive a positive, inclusive culture that prioritises wellbeing, accountability, and purpose.
* Oversee recruitment, rostering, and workforce planning to ensure effective service delivery.
* Manage performance, development, and workforce issues with fairness and compassion.
* Drive local strategy and service growth aligned with national priorities.
* Embed client voice, data, and evidence into planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
* Identify service gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation and expansion.
* Lead accreditation readiness and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders.
* Build and strengthen partnerships, referral pathways, and integrated service responses.
* Represent TSA in sector forums and contribute to leadership and sector development.

What you will bring

* A degree in social work, psychology, welfare, community development, or a related field.
* Significant experience in the AOD sector, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
* A strong track record of leading complex services, supporting teams, and navigating compliance frameworks with confidence.
* Deep understanding of trauma-informed, harm minimisation, and recovery-oriented models of care.
* A strategic and reflective mindset, with the ability to use data to guide growth and improvement.
* A genuine passion for social justice and delivering inclusive, person-centred care.
* Experience within the criminal justice space (desirable).
