Due to company growth, the team is now looking to strengthen its finance business partnering and operational accounting function.
Job Description
Partner with site operations team to drive financial performance
Provide commercial insights and analysis to support decision-making
Oversee month end
Budgeting, forecasting and long term planning
Drive continuous improvement
Compliance with internal controls
Present financials to senior management at both a State and National level
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
CA/CPA Qualified
Prior background working in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Manager role within the manufacturing or construction industry
SAP system experience (desired)
PowerBI knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive and results-driven approach
