The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support of a high level to the Executive Branch Manager, Capital Works and Infrastructure. The successful applicant will also provide project support, organising and maintaining associated project and business documentation to a high standard and under pressure. The Executive Assistant will also maintain effective liaison between offices of the Justice & Community Safety Directorate, other directorates, and external organisations. The occupant of the role must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion and exercise sound judgement in a sensitive working environment.
