At IDEXX, we’re transforming veterinary care through cutting‑edge technology. As a Veterinary Software Sales & Account Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving adoption of our veterinary software solutions, helping clinics deliver exceptional care and streamline operations.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of IDEXX veterinary software within Australia & New Zealand—from opportunity identification to contract completion.
- Convert new customers and expand product adoption among existing IDEXX clients.
- Develop and execute territory and account development plans.
- Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
- Deliver engaging SaaS product demonstrations via webinars and virtual sessions.
- Collaborate with the CAG Commercial team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent and promote the IDEXX brand globally with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in software sales or related field.
- Experience working within a Veterinary clinic with a strong understanding of workflow.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and consultative selling.
- Customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships.
- Results‑driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives.
- Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
- Action‑oriented and autonomous in managing priorities.
