I am seeking an experienced, full‐time real estate agent to join my brokerage and work directly with active buyers, sellers, and renters across Miami and the surrounding areas.
This is a commission‐only, performance‐driven role for someone who already knows how to produce and close.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
* Minimum 5+ closed transactions (recent and verifiable)
* Active real estate license in Miami / member of the Miami Board
* Must be full‐time in real estate (no part‐time)
* Must transfer the license to my brokerage
* Proven ability to prospect, generate business, and close deals
* Strong follow‐up, negotiation, and client management skills
* Self‐driven, proactive, and results‐oriented
