.NET Support Engineer Role
Our organization is seeking a seasoned .NET support professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level support for web applications and cloud infrastructure for clients nationwide.
* Ensure timely resolution of client requests based on agreed-upon delivery schedules.
* Investigate incidents to prevent recurrence and implement corrective measures.
* Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to create comprehensive monthly operational reports.
* Escalate operational issues to senior management as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
* Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
* Ability to design and implement efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco, etc.
* Expertise in Git and tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
* Understanding of ITIL, DevOps practices, and service management principles.
