We are seeking caring and committed professionals to fill the position of a skilled Aged Care Support Worker at Kawana Waters.

About the Position
* The successful applicant will be required to work flexible shifts across a 7-day roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs.
* Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant staff members.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or Certificate in Disability.
* Previous experience in Aged Care is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service skills.
