The Role
Full-time, onsite position based in Scoresby
Monday to Friday. Hours are either 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional later finishes to support events.
Position starts 10 December
3 to 6 months with a very strong chance of permanency
What you'll be doing
Managing reception and front desk operations
Greeting visitors and assisting with contractor check-in and inductions
Coordinating couriers and deliveries
Meeting room set-up, resets and general workplace presentation
Administrative support across the workplace experience function
Kitchen and supplies top-ups, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and welcoming
Supporting events where required
Being a trusted point of contact for employees onsite
What we're looking for
Previous experience in reception, corporate concierge, facilities or workplace support
Strong communication and people skills with a polished, professional presentation
Comfortable juggling competing priorities and staying calm under pressure
Confident with admin tasks and general systems
Reliable, proactive and customer focused
Ability to commit to full-time onsite work
National Police Check will be required
