About the Role
In this versatile role, you'll be the backbone of the team — balancing front-of-house reception duties with sales and marketing admin support. You'll assist senior agents and associates across listings, campaigns, compliance, events, and client care, all while maintaining a polished and professional office environment.
This is a Monday-to-Friday position (no weekends) with a structured 18-month pathway into sales for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and maintain a professional, welcoming front desk presence
- Support agents with new listings, sales campaigns, marketing coordination, and settlements
- Prepare weekly sales meeting documents and team presentation materials
- Coordinate and create marketing assets (DL flyers, brochures, signboards, online listings)
- Assist with open homes, auctions, and appointment scheduling
- Manage CRM/database accuracy (Agent Box, Property Tree)
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, trades, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Oversee key handovers, maintain key registers, and organise settlement gifts
- General office admin including supplies, merchandise, and inbox management
- Attend appointments (e.g., inspections, valuations), assist with key/gift drop-offs
- Deliver memorable client experiences through consistent service and thoughtful touches
What We're Looking For
- A passion for real estate and delivering standout customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid administrative and organisational skills — ability to juggle priorities with ease
- Tech-savvy: confident with Microsoft Office; experience with Agent Box, Property Tree, File Smart, and Inspection Manager highly regarded
- Previous admin experience in real estate ideal; A-grade admin candidates welcome
- Must hold a valid COR car license
