Responsibilities
* Work on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance.
* Develop skills in insurance law and litigation.
* Have regular involvement and direct contact with clients.
* Appear in various courts and tribunals.
Requirements
* Academic qualification in law and admitted with a current VIC practicing certificate.
* Minimum of 2 years' PQE, preferably with experience in workers compensation, personal injury or commercial litigation.
* Excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
