We are seeking a Campus Office Administrator to join our Sydney Campus in Term 1.
Full time, permanent basis.
This position is a dual-function role, with responsibilities split between 50% Campus Office Administration (Front of House) and 50% Academic Data Administration. The Campus Office Administrator is essential to the efficient and effective administration practices and operations of the school.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk reception and general enquiries from parents, students, and visitors.
Provide administrative support to teachers, support staff, and the leadership team.
Assist with teacher relief by accessing daily covers and organising necessary materials.
Coordinate student attendance processes, including late arrivals and early departures.
Support the Deputy Principal with remote teaching attendance and student data management.
Help develop and maintain academic data sets (Years 3-12) to support data-driven performance.
Coordinate campus forms, bookings, excursions and staff professional development.
Arrange meetings, schedules and general campus administration.
Manage financial processes, including petty cash, school banking, and processing purchase requests and accounts payable.
Coordinate IT support and meeting minutes.
Manage the student enrolment process.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Polished and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Advanced technology proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Strong administration and data management background.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
A hands-on, "roll up your sleeves and get it done" mindset.
School administration experience is preferable; applicants with experience in a customer support/administration role with data entry experience will be considered.
Strong communication skills, positive work and customer-focused attitude, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
