Your Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customers via phone or email
* Create and maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
* Process orders and/or enquiries efficiently and accurately
* Perform administrative tasks as required to support business operations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication skills, including strong telephone manner and written communication
* Previous call centre experience in a related industry (food service preferred)
* Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment
