Join ALPA as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer and play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for First Nations communities. In this role, your expertise will track progress and showcase achievements against key national benchmarks - helping turn data into meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide the ALPARemote Australia Employment Service (RAES) sites with required reporting tools to increase performance aligned with NIAA KPI's outlined in the funding agreement.
* Report on sites performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager.
* Work closely with the site teams to implement new processes to improve performance.
* Undertake site audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager.
* Provide online training to staff on the contract obligations and program requirements.
* Maintain spreadsheets/formal documentation of all RAES activities.
* Work with the sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
* Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA's bi-yearly Provider Performance Reviews represent the high performance of the business.
About You
* Relevant experience and qualifications in employment services, health, human, social or community services.
* Tertiary education in Administration, Compliance or similar.
* Strong relationship building, and communication skills.
* A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail & result orientated to drive KPI achievements.
* Ability to develop strong networks.
* Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets.
* Flexible, dynamic and a team player.
