- Designing and guiding the implementation of a new integration layer to connect core platforms including MS Dynamics, Technology One, and Kronos workforce management.
- Leading technical assessments for core platform replacement and reconfiguration for multi-entity use.
- Developing sequencing views of systems and subsystems to support business and funding models.
- Partnering with external enterprise architects, delivery leads, and vendors to shape roadmaps and ensure sustainable outcomes.
- Acting as the technical “go-to” for the Head of Platforms & Data, advising on both tactical delivery and long-term enterprise alignment.
About You:
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Solution / Integration Architect with strong domain knowledge across integration, customer systems, and core platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of integration design patterns across ERP, CRM, & CMS systems and workforce management platforms.
- Experience working in service-driven or multi-entity organisations; knowledge of NDIS or multi-funder models highly regarded.

- Commercial acumen to guide technology decisions with cost and sustainability in mind.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable stress-testing principles with executives and vendors.
- A collaborative, outcomes-driven mindset suited to a greenfield transformation environment.
What’s on offer:
Opportunity to lead foundational integration and solution design from the ground up.
A high-impact role within a three-year transformation program.
Direct engagement with executives, delivery leads, and vendors in a cooperative environment.
