We are seeking a receptionist for a Leading Accounting company based near the Gabba.
This role has become available due to an internal promotion.
You will be handling a number of duties in this friendly, professional environment with career opportunities.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Meet and Greet customers
- Answering of all Calls in a friendly matter
- Manage and order all stationery
- Collect, open and distribution of Company Mail
- Arrange catering - organise birthdays and functions
- Schedule appointments for staff - manage meeting room calendars
- Assist with Accounts Data Entry - client payments
- Assist with newsletters
- Organise general maintenance
- Adhoc office duties - scanning etc
**Required experience / qualifications**:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working on a busy reception desk
- Experience in dealing with customers, clients and staff members in a customer service oriented environment and providing general administrative support
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- Intermediate PC skills
