Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced senior construction manager to join our team. As a senior construction manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall construction process from start to finish.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement construction plans and strategies to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects
* Manage and supervise site teams to ensure efficient execution of construction activities
* Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to site personnel on best practices in construction management
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on construction sites
* Monitor and report on project progress against established metrics, including time, cost, and quality performance indicators
Requirements:
* Education:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Skills:
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct site teams
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
* Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills and ability to create complex reports and dashboards
