Chicken Treat Karratha is looking for multiple Shift Supervisors to work in our busy store located in the beautiful region of Port Hedland. If you are looking for a job with stable income, while you can enjoy the regional lifestyle, come join us.
Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
· Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support.
· Allocate tasks to staff in the shifts, monitor their performance and help staff when needed.
· Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring that they receive prompt services.
· Deal with customers regarding their inquiries, complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
· Inventory Management: Perform weekly stocktakes, order supplies, and manage stock levels as required by the store manager to ensure sufficient level of materials and ingredients for the next shifts.
· Ensure the hygiene of the store and displayed foods.
· Implement and maintain health and safety procedures
Skills and Attributes:
· Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a shift supervisor, ideally in a restaurant setting.
· Experience in managing a team of staff.
· Good verbal communication skills.
· Teamwork is a must
· Ability to work in different rosters, including early mornings and late nights due to our long opening hours.
· Ability to work on weekends.
