The Position
We're thrilled to invite you to join our award-winning team as a Level 2 ICT Helpdesk Technician. This role is typical of what you'd expect for a Level 2 Technical role, with a mix of Level 1, 2, 3 Engineers so you'll learn from and mentor others.
Responsibilities
Remote technical support and problem resolution.
Assisting and occasionally managing client projects.
Backup and recovery in products like Veeam and Datto.
Support for a diverse range of platforms and technologies.
Handle escalations from and mentor Level 1 Engineers.
Troubleshoot, provision, and support Microsoft Cloud solutions.

About You
• 2 years' experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments using tools such as RMM & ticketing systems.
• Growth mindset, empathy, patience, curiosity, dedication to a great customer experience, problem-solving enthusiasm, and strong client communication skills.
