As a Spa Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of creating deeply restorative and luxurious experiences for our guests across six beautifully appointed treatment rooms. Your hands-on expertise in massage therapy and beauty treatments will help guests unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect in a tranquil, high-end environment. A few of your responsibilities: Provide massage and beauty treatments for which you are qualified Ensure each guest has a welcoming and personalised experience Accurately update all administration tasks at the end of each day Ensure all treatment rooms and pantries are kept clean and tidy What we are looking for: A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a nationally recognised qualification in in Remedial Massage Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, providing exceptional customer experience Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation A friendly & customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work well in a team environment Flexible availability to meet business demands About you: With your passion for wellness, healing touch and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, you’re poised to excel in this role.
