For more than 170 years we have been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria whose daily struggles include putting food on the table, paying utilities and ensuring that children remain in school.
Our organisation provides many services and programs – including soup vans, education programmes, home visitation programmes and VincentCare Victoria (VCV) – which assist Victoria's most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis, family violence and the elderly.
Little bit about the role
Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team in Swan Hill. In this role you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are. This shop offers a unique and exciting opportunity for a retail leader to take on a new challenge.
As Retail Duty Manager you will grow sales, coach your staff and volunteers, and help bring in much‐needed funds for the organisation.

* Train and support our dedicated team of volunteers
About you
You are an inspirational leader known for your communication skills and ability to coach and mentor. Retail is second nature to you, and you can channel your experience into a direct contribution to the community. You thrive on visual merchandising, achieving results, and making the shop an amazing place for volunteers.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience with a focus on people
* Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets
* A proactive \"Can Do\" attitude and positive team spirit
