JNIT GROUP PTY LTD T/A Car Arena is a growing automotive retail dealership located in O'Connor WA, specialising in quality used vehicles and delivering outstanding customer service.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and building long-term relationships with our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage day-to-day dealership retail operations.
* Lead, supervise, and train sales and administrative staff.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
* Monitor vehicle inventory levels and coordinate purchasing and pricing strategies.
* Ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law, motor trade regulations, and licensing requirements.
* Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and complaint resolution professionally.
* Oversee vehicle presentation and yard management.
* Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.
* Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns to increase sales.
* Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Business or Management (Diploma level or higher) OR minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail management (automotive industry preferred).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and financial management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
