You'll join us as a full time Senior Relationship Manager based in Traralgon in the heart of the East Gippsland growth corridor. You'll support a diversified commercial customer portfolio across the region, building strong and meaningful relationships that help businesses grow in a sustainable way.
You'll spend your days out in market, getting to know business owners, understanding their goals, and shaping smart, cashflow based lending solutions that help them thrive. You'll work closely with product specialists and internal partners to bring the right expertise to customers when they need it most. There's also plenty of opportunity to grow your presence across the local business community by acquiring new to bank customers and building trusted referral networks. It is a role filled with variety, connection and the chance to make a genuine impact every day.
Responsibilities
* Spend days out in market, getting to know business owners, understanding their goals, and shaping cashflow based lending solutions that help them thrive.

Qualifications
* Experience managing commercial customer relationships
* Knowledge of commercial lending including cashflow lending and credit analysis
* Ability to structure lending solutions that support customer needs
* Confidence engaging new to bank customers and building referral networks
* A collaborative approach and the desire to partner with specialists across the bank
