About the Role
As the Rostering and Admin Officer, you will be at the heart of our service delivery operations. You will coordinate staff rosters across multiple sites, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet client needs, while also supporting HR administration tasks such as onboarding, compliance tracking, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage staff rosters to ensure coverage for all shifts
Liaise with Service Coordinators and Support Workers to manage roster changes, shift coverage, and urgent replacements
Assist with recruitment administration including onboarding, compliance document collection, and induction scheduling
Maintain up-to-date staff records
Provide administrative support across HR and service delivery teams
Contribute to a positive workplace culture through clear communication and problem-solving
About You
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (disability sector highly regarded)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficient with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
