About the Role
As a senior agricultural sales leader, you will oversee operational and sales functions of an agricultural rental and procurement business. You'll manage inventory, drive supplier relationships, and optimize sales operations for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product management, procurement, sales operations, and administration for a high-performing agricultural rental unit
* Develop strategic procurement plans aligned with seasonal demand and operational goals
* Build strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and customers to drive business growth
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing for seamless supply chain execution
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product selection and pricing decisions
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
About You
To excel in this role, you have:
* A tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farming
* In-depth knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices
* Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and travel to suppliers and customers
