**About the Company**
This Australian owned business is growing rapidly with a huge pipeline of work! Due to this rapid growth they want to expand their tight knit team and bring on an experienced **Sales & Warehouse Assistant** **to join their team.** The team have a vast knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential plumbing and a collective amount of years experience across all aspects of plumbing & pipe relining, including; maintenance, new builds, design and mining.
**About the Role**
This is a great opportunity for a full-time experienced Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join an established team of down to earth positive quality people! Reporting directly to the Director who is very hands on and comes with well over a decade of experience himself. You will be working in the retail store, liaisng with customers and helping with warehousing general duties. Knowledge of plumbing is essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Provide assistance to the manager for the day to day operations
- Organising the logistics of products including packing of pallets and managing a stocktake system
- Front of house sales and assisting with content for marketing and communications
- Assist in helping to improve office/warehouse procedures, communication and support
- Assist management with training clients
**Skills & experience**
- **At least 2+ years experience working in a sales retail store in plumbing or in the warehouse.**:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Able to take direction well and learn quickly on the job
