Role Overview :
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide effective administrative and clerical support to the Community Dementia Service, supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and team, including Mayne St Day Centre. Responsibilities include word processing, managing spreadsheets, databases, email services, and scheduling appointments.
You will need :
* A sound knowledge of office management principles and the ability to coordinate the Community Dementia Service office effectively.
* Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
* The capacity to organize, prioritize, and work independently while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
Additional Details :
This is a permanent part-time position, working 38 hours per fortnight, starting from 05 May 2025. Hours are negotiable. The selection process may be used to fill similar vacancies for up to twelve months.
Salary & Benefits :
