About The Role
Leadership and care are central to this position, which is part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing high-quality services to children and families in our health district.
You will deliver advanced clinical occupational therapy services, including complex cases, with a focus on children. You will support Level 1 and 2 staff, allied health assistants, and students through supervision and education, and provide consultative expertise to local clinicians to promote service quality and safety.
The role involves identifying opportunities for clinical practice improvement, participating in quality improvement activities, and contributing to planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting to enhance service effectiveness and efficiency. You will also provide guidance on future departmental directions.
