Reward
* $80,000 - $85,000 base + super
* Uncapped monthly commissions (OTE $130,000 +)

Role
* Drive sales growth by monitoring and mentoring Designers and Showroom Consultants
* Assist Marketing Manager with in store promotions
* Regular reporting on Sales and KPI targets
* Full store level financial management
* Ongoing Sales and Product training
You
* Prior experience managing a fast-paced high performing team
* Experience within the home improvement or luxury goods space
* Coachable with a desire to learn and assist others
* Strong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales
* Strong closing ability
* Thrives with working under pressure to meet deadlines
* Minimum 4 years managing people in a Retail setting
* You have a hands-on approach and love interacting with customers
* Embody a creative flair
