Your main responsibilities will include:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will need be confident in providing outstanding administration care to all patients. You will take pride in your role and work as well as assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the practice.
- General reception functions - making and receiving telephone calls, answering enquires, appointment schedule management, meeting and greeting patients, opening and closing of the clinic
- Administrative duties including processing incoming and outgoing mail, invoicing and payments, filing, scanning, archiving and data entry with a high level of accuracy

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $26.76 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
**Experience**:
- Medical reception: 1 year (preferred)
