About The Role
* Actively contribute to organisational change management activities and training for Council's OneCouncil business transformation project.
* Support analysis and planning with business and project stakeholders to identify change impacts, training needs and associated risks.
* Assist the ERP OneCouncil Business Change Practitioner and collaborate on actionable change management plans, including engagement, communication, and training strategies.
* Plan, draft, and execute project communications and engagement activities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Lead the design and delivery of IT and ERP training programs, partnering with vendors, subject matter experts, and People & Culture's Learning & Development team.
* Apply structured training methodologies and assess trends to develop strategic training initiatives for IT and ERP projects.
* Monitor, track, and report progress against project plans, ensuring timely delivery of change management and training activities.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence, collaborate and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

* a base salary ranging from $84,316 per annum with competency-based increments up to $99,874 per annum, plus 12% super

We Are Seeking
* Extensive experience in IT training and contemporary expertise in communications and/or learning and development.
* Proven ability to develop change management deliverables, including impact assessments, strategies, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training plans.
* Demonstrated experience in identifying strategic training objectives and applying key techniques in organisational development.
* Strong commitment to staff learning and the ability to champion innovative approaches to knowledge and development.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience facilitating workshops, presentations, and training programs.
* Ability to adapt writing style for diverse publications and digital channels, including intranet, social platforms, and websites.
* Excellent planning and time management skills, with flexibility to manage competing priorities and operate in ambiguous situations.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

This position is based in Tweed Heads and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
