Responsibilities
* Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that your customers will remember.
* Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by letting customers know about our benefits and product offerings.
* Ensure shelf stock is maintained so customers have the best choices available.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
* Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
* Be yourself and come as you are—BWS gives you the freedom to shine.
About You
* Can talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an ultimate unboring experience.
* Has good availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
* Can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
* Has a genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
