This role will suit an experienced Internal Sales Representative or Account Manager who is results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Your new role
· Managing customer enquiries across phone, email, website, social media and walk-ins
· Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with both existing and new customers on-site, and at occasional trade shows and industry events
· Coordinating with the workshop team and occasionally transferring products on a forklift to ensure timely product assembling and delivery
· Completing final quality checks to ensure service delivery
· Processing invoicing, payments, and all sales related documentation
· Supporting marketing and promotional activities via social media
· Maintaining sales materials and completing general administration tasks
Your experience
· Proven experience in an internal sales, account manager, or marketing role in the manufacturing, construction, or building tools industry required
· Exceptional communication skills and strong relationship building skills
· Possesses mechanical aptitude and proficient with
· Forklift experience highly desirable
· Must be available to work full time in the office
