The Opportunity
Sales Consultantsat our Top Ryde club (known at Fitness First as Member Support Consultants, or MSCs) are the driving force behind our success.
They are the first people to interact with our members and inspire thousands to begin their journey toward becoming more active, fulfilled and confident versions of themselves.
No two days are the same as an MSC.
You will interact with people from all walks of life and drive membership growth through outreach activities—generating and converting leads by inspiring actions that improve physical, mental and emotional wellness.
You will aid membership retention through positive interactions with existing members, handle enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service that motivates continued fitness progress.
Responsibilities
Proactively contribute to the club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns
Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identification of new business opportunities
Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
Foster successful outcomes to enquiries
Open and close the club as per the club roster
Actively participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
Regularly service new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club-based products that enhance results
Requirements
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide solutions that meet member needs
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire action
Drive: goal-focused and continually seeking ways to excel
Team player who can rally through challenges and celebrate success
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds
