Technical Project Manager Role
We have an opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to play a key role in delivering lifecycle, construction modifications and minor works projects that support high-quality facility outcomes.
This role involves:
* Planning, delivering and commissioning technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
* Developing project scopes, schedules and cost estimates for lifecycle and minor works.
* Providing expert advice on maintenance and service delivery.
* Coordinating contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance and quality.
* Monitoring project progress and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Management)
* Proven experience in facilities or building services project delivery
* Strong technical knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
* Proficiency in asset management and scheduling systems
* Highly organised, proactive and collaborative with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
