The Opportunity
Reporting into the Senior Director, Supply Chain, you have an exciting opportunity to lead Asset Management and network fulfillment strategy for a major supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Define and deliver a future-ready network strategy and capabilities that drive best-in-class service levels, improve asset effectiveness, optimize inventory, and free up cash.
* Implement standardized supply-chain processes, establish clear KPIs for service and cost performance, and recruit and develop high-performing talent to sustain continuous improvement.
* Ensure there is a robust focus on the total ANZ Network Fulfillment strategy across the Integrated Supply Chain.
* Optimize relationships between major cost drivers of labor, inventory, and freight while improving value proposition to customers.
* End-to-end Asset Management including Loan (Scheduling) and Consignment.
* Leading National Scheduling as a capability against key measures as well as process excellence within the service delivery framework.
* Drive automation of processes using digital technologies.
* Partner with commercial to drive innovation in business models and customer connectivity.
* Develop and optimize local capabilities to support growth or scale back and leverage as needed.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* 12+ years of active management experience, including direct and matrix management.
* 8+ years in complex supply-chain environments with experience across multiple functional areas.
* Strong communication, influence, and leadership skills; ability to engage at all organizational levels.
* Proven program/project management and problem-solving capability.
* Solid knowledge of quality and financial principles and practices.
* Hands-on experience with ERP, OTC processes, and advanced planning/optimization systems.
* Experience in the medical device industry, including regulatory and product lifecycle knowledge.
* Multi-functional background (quality, planning, operations, engineering, product development) preferred.
* Familiarity with relevant business software and applications.
* APICS or other supply-chain accreditations preferred.
* Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
