About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Elizabeth Store. This is a full‐time position at 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
* Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into the next role when the time comes.
* Executing Visual Merchandising in store and using discretion to make commercial decisions.
* Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks.
* Coaching and providing on‐the‐spot feedback to the team.
