Your Role
Join our passionate and supportive Finance team as a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer on a full-time basis. You will have opportunities to be involved in various aspects of hotel financials and purchasing. Reporting to the Director of Finance, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
* Participating in end-to-end accounts receivable duties such as generating invoices, processing payments, reconciling city ledger accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records related to money owed to the business.
* Maintaining proper records of all amounts due to the hotel from guests, tenants, travel agents, companies, payment gateways, and intercompany transactions, ensuring timely payments.
* Contacting and following up with customers of unpaid accounts via phone or email by the due date to ensure collection and build customer rapport.
* Performing general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and database maintenance.
About You
* Have a genuine passion for finance, people, and processes.
* Possess relevant accounting knowledge or experience in AR is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
