About the role
As a legal administrator, you are responsible for assisting the team in various capacities, including:
 * Promptly and professionally answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages.
 * Completing digital dictation and general document production/typing duties.
 * Efficiently handling filing and photocopying tasks.
 * Undertaking diary management for professionals in a timely manner.
 * Preparing monthly bills for professional staff and closing files as needed.
 * Following up with firm debtors via email when necessary.
 * Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
 * Assisting the wills & estates team in developing precedents, including appropriate indexing.
 * Performing other duties as directed.
 * Always adhering to Lynch Meyer's Client Service Standards.
About you
Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
 * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a legal administrator in the wills & estates area.
 * Excellent organisational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
 * A proactive and positive attitude and approach to work.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Proficiency in using legal software, document management systems, and the MS Office Suite.
