About the role
As the Campaign Lead, you will lead the development and coordination of brand and occasion led campaigns to create efficient and scalable campaigns. You’ll contribute to the development of the customer trade plan and brand strategy, ensuring the successful planning and execution of campaigns end to end working cross functionally with the broader marketing team, business stakeholders and agency partners.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading and executing brand campaigns end to end autonomously, developing project timelines & budgets to deliver business outcomes.
2. Owning the overarching campaign brief, including creative, and communications with all internal stakeholders (marketing, merchandise, operations) and agencies to ensure clarity of message and simplicity of execution.
3. Collaborate with the Merchandise and Operations teams through trade planning to align initiatives and ensure successful delivery of campaigns, resolving misalignments and continually optimising our ways of working.
4. Help to shift the marketing lens and business mindset to use the power of storytelling to drive commercial outcomes.
5. Being innovative, thinking about new ways to leverage creativity and technology to execute campaigns.
6. Lead post campaign reviews across all channels, ensuring each review has a strong executive summary on key learnings and performance and that new campaigns are using these insights.
7. Actively champion our brands identity and ensure all brand touch points hero key messages that align to our purpose.
8. Manage Marketing financials for campaigns, including management of budget, post performance reviews and effectiveness.
About you
“Telling every pubs unique story” is your driving force, you have a deep appreciation for every individual pub and you live and breath hospitality.
You’ll have proven ability to project manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, with the ability to implement strategy into action, delivering at scale. Experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
To be successful, you’ll also have:
9. Extensive experience within a dedicated marketing environment.
10. Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Marketing or equivalent experience.
11. Strong understanding of optimization techniques and using data to inform plans.
12. Budget management experience.
13. Experience leveraging customer insights to derive a plan.
14. Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
15. Proven capability and resilience across matrix organisations, with experience managing diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
16. Project management & agile mindset/experience are advantageous.
