As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced BURNIE Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and sales. The buck stops with you.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of retail associates
- Monitor sales and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure compliance with state and local liquor laws and store policies
- Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve any issues professionally
- Manage budgeting, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store workplace
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of retail management experience (liquor store or related industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record in inventory control, stock accuracy, and vendor management
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
