$88,000 to $110,000 (Dependent upon experience in a like for like role)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced BURNIE Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do:
* Oversee all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and sales. The buck stops with you.
* Hire, train, and manage a team of retail associates
* Monitor sales and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
* Ensure compliance with state and local liquor laws and store policies
* Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve any issues professionally
* Manage budgeting, ordering, and vendor relationships
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of retail management experience (liquor store or related industry preferred)
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Proven track record in inventory control, stock accuracy, and vendor management
* Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
