Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.**Full Time across a 24/7 Rotating Roster****The Role**We are seeking an experienced and hands‐on Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to support stewarding operations across multiple kitchens and food & beverage outlets at Crown Sydney.Reporting to the Stewarding Manager, you will lead large, diverse teams to maintain exceptional hygiene, safety and presentation standards throughout all back‐of‐house kitchen areas. This is a highly operational role requiring strong knowledge of cleaning systems, machinery and chemicals, paired with confident on‐floor leadership in a fast‐paced environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Supervise stewarding operations across multiple kitchens and outlets, ensuring consistent hygiene and cleanliness standards.* Lead, roster and support stewarding teams to ensure effective coverage and performance.* Oversee safe and compliant use of cleaning chemicals, machinery and equipment.* Implement and maintain detailed cleaning schedules aligned with food safety and HACCP standards.* Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage WHS and compliance requirements.* Maintain a strong on‐floor presence during peak periods and support operational demands.* Partner closely with culinary and operational teams to ensure seamless daily service.**About You**You are a proactive and organised hospitality professional who leads from the floor and sets clear expectations.
