Overview
Home Care Workers needed to support aged community members living in Launceston, Tasmania. We are Anglicare Tasmania, committed to supporting the Tasmanian community through advocating for social justice and providing programs to support community aged care, housing, families, drug and alcohol addiction, acquired injuries and more.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities are described in the role description and/or expressed through the required duties and expectations of Home Care Workers in supporting the aged community.
Requirements
* A caring personality and relate well to people
* A Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* A Driver's License
What we can offer you
* Above Award rates from $35.38 - $37.47 per hour (permanent rate)
The successful applicant will be required to
* Have a Tasmania Police Schedule 1 National Police Certificate (no older than 12 months and not an annulled record)
* Provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16
* Have a current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment category) which includes the NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Undertake a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical
