Zoom Recruitment has partnered with leading logistics service providers delivering solutions nationally and globally. They specialise in providing a comprehensive range of transport and logistics services.
We are currently seeking a Night shift Control Room Officer available for an immediate start, supporting high-profile transport and logistics clients based in Hazelmere.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Tracking shipments
- Monitoring driver fatigue and welfare
- Backfreight and forward freight planning and execution in SAP
- Monitoring and alerting on potential local or regional risks
- Providing customer service support (freight tracking and responding to client queries)
- Completing data entry, reports, and record keeping
- Assisting with ad hoc transport administration duties, including checking driver runsheets and calculating hours for payroll
About You
- Previous experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse (ESSENTIAL)
- Ability to work ongoing night shifts
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Office 365, SAP TM and Transport system
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
Requirements
