System Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions that meet customer strategic and operational needs.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing best practice advice for designing and deploying systems working with customers and partners.
* Understanding customer strategies and helping determine business and technical requirements for developing solutions or solution alternatives.
* Contribute to input into the product roadmap and beta testing of new features and releases.
* Communicating the impact of changes and new products on customers.
* Designing and depicting concepts and solutions using graphical methods.
* Conducting technical workshops for customers and internally.
* Directing others in solving complex problems based on existing solutions and processes.
* Participating in delivering pre-sales and post-sales advice and support to customers and stakeholders.
* Participating in writing the technical part of proposals and providing estimates for technical solutions.

You will be working closely with our Design Authority (Lead Architect) and will be responsible for the successful implementation of C4I solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant discipline as a minimum.
* Masters highly regarded.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture, security architecture standards, frameworks, and practices.
* TOGAF, DODAF, or AUSDAF qualifications are highly regarded.
* Knowledge in the areas of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices and radio networks, and ITIL.
* Good breadth of knowledge across all IT domains including Integration, Cloud, User Experience, and business process.
* Experience in applying technology solutions to customer problems proactively.
* Experience in managing relationships with customers, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
