Job Description
Our service offerings are a key driver for growth. To capitalize on this, we seek a Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, and engineering services sales. This pivotal role will be crucial in expanding our Oil & Gas business. You will identify and qualify prospects across various potential business targets and leverage your knowledge of our existing services, spare parts, and consumables to develop and present viable commercial proposals.
You will manage the entire sales process, from researching prospective clients to preparing detailed, comprehensive, and commercial proposals. We prefer a hands-on business development professional who visits client sites to gather relevant information, inspect equipment, take analysis samples, and run pilot trials. Your technical knowledge of Oil & Gas and produced water treatment processes, combined with your commercial acumen, will drive success in winning new business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and growing the sales pipeline
* Achieving annual revenue targets
* Managing and developing existing service agreement accounts
* Identifying customer issues and promoting technical solutions
* Preparing detailed estimates and proposals for service and brownfield projects
* Developing and promoting site services growth initiatives
* Collaborating with service, engineering, and process departments to support customers
* Interstate travel required
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in field operations, maintenance, and engineering services sales
* Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred
* Self-driven and adaptable to change
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
