Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver operational excellence.
Oversee infrastructure, applications and security to ensure high availability and business continuity.
Drive improvements in IT service management (incident, problem, change, release).
Embed strong security and risk management practices across all systems.
Manage budgets, vendors, and service providers for cost-effective outcomes.

About You You will have experience as a hands-on IT Manager, leading a small team.
In addition, you will have: At least 5 years' experience in an IT leadership role.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (GWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with SAP Business One and SQL.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
