Allrounders; Graders, Dozers, Excavators, Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, Articulated Dump Truck, HR Dump Truck, HR Watercarts, Civil Labour, Pipe Layer, Form Work. Or preference is that you have a minimum of these skillsets from the above list.
