We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team.
This office-based role is crucial for driving new business growth by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective clients within industrial markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, nurturing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to target companies and key decision-makers (e.g. Procurement Managers, Plant Managers, Engineers) in industrial markets.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit for products/services, with a specific focus on industrial applications.
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations, follow-up meetings, or discovery calls for external sales reps. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
Making Market Insight: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industrial market trends, key players, and competitive landscape. Communication Excellence: Execute professional follow-up email campaigns to nurture prospects who are not yet ready to commit.
Qualifications: Skills Required
Experience: 1+ years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or telemarketing role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills, including a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
Motivation & Interest: Demonstrated strong interest in or familiarity with industrial equipment, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), manufacturing processes, or B2B Tools sales environments.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
