The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Hobart team, flexible for full or part time, where you'll empower clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised, community-based care.
What You'll Do
* Deliver services to Home Care Package clients, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications
* Support recovery through Rehab in the Home (post-orthopaedic surgery)
* Assist clients post-hospitalisation via the Hospital in the Home program
* Additionally, for residential aged care clients, you will develop and run group and individual programs
* AHPRA registered (Full or Limited – Remote Level)
* New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus
* Skilled in promoting health and wellbeing through client-centred care
* Comfortable working independently and travelling across Hobart (vehicle required; travel reimbursement provided)
