**Duties include**:
- Answering calls and booking appointments, handling patient queries
- Stocking consulting room and ordering medical and office supplies
- Opening/closing the practice
- Assisting the Business Practice Manager
- Liaising with doctors and allied health
- Processing documents ie scanning, labeling, importing documents
- Liaise with other health organisations and specialist practices
- General administration duties
**Skills**:
- Excellent computer skills
- Sound communication and written skills
- Motivated and committed team player
- Previous experience highly regarded
